Meet and Greet/Airport Parking Driver

Are you a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused driver? We re looking for confident individuals to become the face of a busy Meet and Greet team at Gatwick Airport.

As a Meet and Greet Driver, you ll be responsible for safely collecting and returning customer vehicles between the airport terminal and secure client car parks, all while delivering a smooth, stress-free experience for travellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving customer vehicles between the terminal and designated car parks

• Performing pre- and post-drive vehicle checks for safety and condition

• Creating a warm, helpful, and professional impression as the first and last point of contact for customers

• Following all security, safety, and company protocols

• Keeping the working area tidy, safe, and presentable

Requirements:

• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points

• Clear and confident English communication skills this is a customer-facing role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

• A calm, courteous approach in a fast-paced environment

• Previous customer service experience is a bonus - but not essential

Flexible Shift Patterns:

We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including:

• Weekend shifts available, Friday to Mon.

• 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

• Day or night shifts

• Start times available every other hour throughout the day and night
