Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Crawley Area Salary: Up to 47,000 + Overtime We are looking for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading FM provider, servicing commercial boilers and performing general fabric maintenance across the Crawley area. Key Responsibilities for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer: <ul> <li>Complete maintenance duties within set timeframes, including PPM and reactive works.</li> <li>Focus on commercial combustion, heating, and HVAC systems.</li> <li>Perform general building services maintenance, including fabric and mechanical tasks.</li> <li>Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault-finding.</li> </ul> Essential Qualifications/Skills: <ul> <li>Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1 (required).</li> <li>Previous experience in reactive maintenance contracts.</li> <li>Installation skills and experience.</li> <li>UK driving licence.</li> </ul> This is a great opportunity for a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a reputable FM provider, offering stability and the chance to work across varied sites.
