Salary: £21 - £23 per hour, up to £59,800 per annum depending on experience and qualifications, with an increase on completion of probation

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a growing accident repair business, primarily based at Bognor Regis while travelling to other sites across the Southern Region. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple modern repair centres while enjoying Monday-to-Friday working and a competitive hourly rate.

THE ROLE
As a Mobile Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to their original condition while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out panel repairs and replacements to a high standard
Completing MET work including doors, front panels and vehicle components
Welding and bonding replacement panels and components
Applying fillers and sealants to prepare surfaces for refinishing
Working confidently on Hybrid and EV vehicles using appropriate repair methods
Ensuring all tools and equipment are used safely and correctly
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Completing repairs from start to finish within agreed timescales

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Vehicle Body Repair Technician
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and techniques
Experience with Hybrid and EV vehicle repairs
Confident MET skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload
Willingness to travel between sites across the Southern Region
Full UK Driving Licence

The role will primarily cover Bognor Regis, with travel required to sites including Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Portsmouth, Eastbourne, Shoreham, Poole, Bournemouth and Basingstoke.
