Location: Crawley, West Sussex (and surrounding areas)

Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Are you a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber looking for a stable role with a leading company?

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Mobile Commercial Plumber to join our growing team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites in and around the Crawley area. The Role:

As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and minor installation works across a variety of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive mechanical maintenance and repairs to a range of commercial plumbing systems, including pipework, sanitary ware, and hot/cold water systems.
• Conducting scheduled PPM tasks to ensure systems are running efficiently and to minimise downtime.
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults in a timely and professional manner.
• Minor installation and project works as required.
• Maintaining clear and accurate records of all work completed.
• Participating in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours emergency cover.

What We Are Looking For:

• Fully qualified Plumber (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent).
• Proven experience working in a commercial maintenance environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• An Unvented Hot Water (G3) qualification would be highly advantageous.
