MOT Technician

Our client is currently recruiting for an MOT Technician in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, to join their recently acquired garage with a brand new MOT bay. • Basic salary up to 40,000, with OTE reaching 45,000
• Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30am to 17:30pm, with weekends off

Duties:

• Carry out MOT testing in accordance with legal requirements and manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose and identify vehicle issues efficiently and accurately
• Conduct vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance following high standards
• Complete all necessary documentation and work records precisely
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment as an MOT Technician

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MOT Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of test procedures and vehicle diagnostic skills
• Valid MOT License is essential
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
