In a nutshell

At Virgin Atlantic, we believe everyone can take on the world. As we continue our journey to be the most loved travel company, we’re driving innovation across every part of our business, from how we connect with our customers to how we design journeys that feel brilliantly different.

Due to a maternity cover backfill, we’re now looking for an proven PA to provide high-level support to our VP of Flying Club, CRM, VP Customer Journeys and their leadership teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking areas of our business in Customer Experience, helping shape how our customers experience loyalty, recognition, digital, concierge, CX and so much more with Virgin Atlantic.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating complex diaries, events, and travel across senior stakeholders while anticipating needs and keeping things moving. If you’re naturally curious about what we do, love making things happen, and are at your best when working proactively and flexibly, we’d love to hear from you

Day to day

As our PA, you’ll:

  • Manage complex and fast-moving diaries, ensuring priorities are clear, meetings are purposeful, and time is optimised.
  • Coordinate extensive UK and international travel, managing logistics with care and efficiency.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation, ensuring the VPs are always fully briefed and meetings are well-prepared.
  • Act as the central point of coordination across multiple senior teams, keeping communication clear and actions on track.
  • Organise and run internal events and town halls, from logistics to materials and guest coordination.
  • Confidently act as a delegate where needed, supporting approvals, circulating communications, and managing priorities in the VP’s absence.
  • Manage expenses, purchase orders, and budgets with accuracy and discretion.
  • Work closely with the wider PA community to ensure seamless coordination across leadership teams and business functions.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience as a PA or EA supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • Ideally experience as a PA or EA within a large organisation or blue chip, with Airline or Aviation being ideal.
  • Is a natural organiser, proactive, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, juggling priorities with agility and resilience.
  • Brings curiosity and enthusiasm for our customer, loyalty, and journey transformation work, eager to understand how Virgin Atlantic engages its Flying Club members.
  • Has experience beyond diary management, including coordinating events, managing senior meetings, and providing operational support to leadership teams.
  • Understands the value of flexibility, willing to provide occasional out-of-hours support when needed, balanced by flexibility in how and when work gets done.
  • Is highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable adopting new technologies and systems, with a curiosity for becoming more effective with AI.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, is comfortable making decisions, and takes pride in creating order out of complexity. You’ll be joining a supportive and passionate team that values collaboration, trust, and a can-do attitude.
