<p>We are seeking 4 x Painters.</p> Requirements: <ul> <li>Proven experience in painting and decorating, with a strong portfolio of previous work</li> <li>Blue NVQ level 2 cscs card</li> <li>Previous experience working on commercial or residential painting projects</li> <li>Ability to understand detailed project specifications and follow technical instructions</li> <li>Good knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to painting works</li> <li>Reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> </ul> Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming</li> <li>Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes accurately and efficiently</li> <li>Ensuring all work adheres to quality standards and client specifications</li> <li>Maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the project</li> <li>Communicating effectively with site managers and other team members about progress and any issues</li> </ul>
