Location: Brighton

Salary: 28-34,000 DOE

I'm working with a respected AJ100 architectural practice to find a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their modern, welcoming studio in Brighton. The practice covers a broad range of sectors, including residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality projects, and places real importance on sustainable, user-centred design.

Key Responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Contribute to the design and delivery of education, mixed use and commercial projects
• Help produce drawings and presentation materials across multiple RIBA stages
• Develop detailed drawings such as plans, elevations, sections and technical packages
• Collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to keep outputs well coordinated
• Play a part in sustainability initiatives and technical design development
• Join project meetings and support communication with clients and stakeholders

About You:

• Master's degree in Architecture from a RIBA accredited university
• Prior experience in a UK practice
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design thinking backed by sound technical knowledge
• Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Confident, clear communicator in both writing and conversation
• Driven, meticulous and keen to develop your career
