Brighton College is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the COO and CEdO of Brighton College International to join our dynamic team in the heart of Brighton and Hove.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm with a 60 minute unpaid lunch break (37.5 hours per week).

The successful candidate will provide dedicated administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring their schedules run smoothly and efficiently. The day-to-day duties will include managing complex diaries, organising meetings and travel arrangements, preparing important documents, and coordinating high-profile events. Organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to helping our organisation operate seamlessly, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Personal Assistant Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives

Personal Assistant Benefits:

  • Salary in the range of £33,000 to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
