Pod Talent is excited to be partnering with an innovative, fast-growing consumer brand in the wellness & lifestyle space. They are looking to hire a Product Compliance to take ownership of global product integrity, regulatory compliance and supplier standards as they continue their rapid international expansion.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all things product and regulatory compliance, helping the organisation scale safely and responsibly into multiple global markets.

Your Role:

• Oversee all compliance requirements across packaging, claims, labelling, and product documentation as the brand grows its international footprint.
• Act as the internal advisor on product claims, marketing standards, consumer protection rules, and risk mitigation.
• Manage global product registrations and coordinate submissions across the UK, EU, USA and additional expansion markets.
• Maintain the accuracy and organisation of product records, certifications, and regulatory documentation.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure every material, ingredient, or packaging element aligns with the brand s strict standards.
• Lead the relationship with specialist regulatory partners, ensuring timely approvals, accurate documentation, and high-quality guidance.
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives by overseeing relevant product certifications and ensuring transparency across the supply chain.

What You ll Bring:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role that blends technical expertise with cross-functional influence. You ll ideally bring:

• Background in regulatory compliance within FMCG, food, wellness, supplements, or a similar regulated product category.
• Strong understanding of international compliance landscapes (UK, EU, US).
• Confidence managing product registrations, submissions, and external regulatory partners.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence suppliers, internal teams, and leadership.
• A process-focused mindset with strong organisation and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability, ESG frameworks or product certifications is a plus.
