We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team in Billingshurst, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

• Quality Control: Maintain high-quality output, ensuring that all products meet specified standards. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot machinery as needed to prevent defects.

• Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate traceability paperwork and production logs in line with company policies.

• Compliance: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role is preferred, particularly in FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality work and identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work independently when necessary.
