Our client, a reputable meat manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Meat Factory Production Operative to join their busy production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations within the meat production facility, ensuring all products meet quality standards and safety regulations. This role involves manual handling, loading and unloading products, operating machinery, and adhering to health and safety protocols. The operative will work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient production flow and complete tasks within designated shifts. Prior experience in a food production environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. The position requires a keen eye for detail, good physical fitness, and the ability to follow strict hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in food or meat production is desirable but not mandatory
