Production Operatives Wanted - to start ASAP in Horsham!

• Monday-Thursday 14:30-22:30, Friday 13:00-21:00
• Monday-Friday 14:30-22:00
• Monday-Friday 13:30-21:00

12.21 per hour (rising to 12.65 after 12 weeks on site)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. This role involves building and testing finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high quality standards.

Assembly/production experience preferred.

Key Tasks:
Load & prep machines
Visual inspections
Replenish reels
Basic testing & fault finding

Must have:
Great attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions

Drug screening required before start

Additional Information:
This is a long-term role; we are looking for candidates who can commit beyond short-term or seasonal work
Students seeking temporary summer employment will not be considered
