
Production Technician (Electrical)

You won’t just be fixing machines; you’ll be ensuring thousands of homes have access to a vital resource. Your expertise will be used to:
- Diagnose & Repair:Troubleshoot and fix faults across pumps, motors, and water quality analysers.
- Expert Maintenance:Install and repair electrical plants, with a specific focus on sensors and water quality instrumentation.
- Modernise: Install new electrical systems and support engineering capital projects.
- Lead: Issue Permits to Work and supervise specialist contractors.
- Protect: Adhere to strict H&S legislation to keep yourself and our sites safe.
About you
- Qualified Expert:NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent HNC/Apprenticeship).
- Instrumentation Savvy: Experience with sensors, control panels, and dosing equipment.
- Mobile: A valid UK driving licence is essential for travel across our Kent sites.
- Organised: Able to manage your own workload and update digital work systems accurately.
- Problem Solver:A natural ability to find and fix faults under your own direction.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.
- PLC Knowledge:An understanding of PLC coding is highly beneficial and will help you hit the ground running.

While your day-to-day is focused onWest Kent, you will occasionally travel across the county to support our wider network. The standby rota will cover the Kent area to ensure our 2.3 million customers never go without.

Compensation package:
Up to £47,654 depending on experience
