
Project Architect
Conrad Consulting are delighted to be representing a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to join a long established, highly respected practice based in Brighton. With decades of success behind them and multiple studios across the South, this practice continues to grow and they re now looking to add a talented project running Architect to their expanding team.
This is a studio known for delivering thoughtful, sustainable design across a broad project portfolio. Their work spans Education, Residential, Conservation, Sport & Leisure, and they ve built a reputation for combining technical excellence with a strong environmental ethos.
They re now seeking a motivated Architect who can bring both creativity and technical confidence to the table.
What we're looking for
You ll be a RIBA/ARB registered Architect with around 5+ years post qualification experience, ideally with exposure to residential and conservation led schemes. You should be comfortable working independently, confident collaborating on larger projects, and capable of running jobs from early concept through to delivery.
Essential skills & experience
- RIBA/ARB registered Architect
- Minimum 5 years UK post qualification experience
- Strong technical ability and proven design skills
- Experience running projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp & Adobe Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of UK Planning, Building Regulations & tender processes
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
