Salary: Up to £45,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Hunters client is seeking an experienced Planned Works Project Manager to join their Asset Team and deliver high-quality planned maintenance and major works programmes across its housing portfolio.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance.

Planned Works Project Manager The Role
  • Manage planned maintenance and major repairs projects from inception to completion
  • Lead procurement, tender processes and contract administration
  • Oversee contractors, consultants and stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor budgets, financial reporting and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and technical standards
Planned Works Project Manager The Fit
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience delivering planned works for a social landlord
  • Strong contract management and financial oversight skills
  • Good understanding of building construction and technical standards
  • Confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders
