As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of engineering projects. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Role
- Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion
- Plan timelines, coordinate resources, and support project delivery and installations
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management
- Attend site visits, support installations, and meet with clients
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on track
- Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
About You
- Up to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Basic practical engineering knowledge (through education, placements, or early career experience)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused with some client-facing experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)

Salary range
- £32,000 - £40,000
