Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background looking to take ownership of a high-impact programme?

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a strategically important, cross-functional project through its final stages-ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.



The Role

This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of a critical programme, driving progress and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the overall project plan through to completion
  • Coordinating a multi-disciplinary team across engineering and technical functions
  • Overseeing validation, testing, and related project activities
  • Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders

Approximately 60% of the role will focus on project leadership, with the remaining 40% overseeing a small technical team.



About You

You will be a confident and organised leader, capable of driving projects forward while managing technical teams effectively.

Key requirements:

  • Proven project management experience within an engineering or technical environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning ability
  • A solid engineering background
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams; exposure to validation and testing is advantageous
