Location: West Sussex

Salary: £40,000 £45,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? Conrad Consulting is working with a respected multi disciplinary practice in West Sussex that is expanding its commercial team due to a strong pipeline of public sector work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, forward thinking consultancy delivering meaningful projects across education, healthcare, local authority estates, and community infrastructure. You ll be part of a supportive environment where professional development is genuinely prioritised.

You will play a key part in the delivery of a variety of public sector schemes, taking responsibility for:

• Cost planning, estimating, and budget management

• Preparation of tender documentation and procurement support

• Contract administration and reporting

• Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Working closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or a client side environment

• Strong understanding of public sector frameworks and procurement (desirable)

• Confident communicator with excellent client facing skills

• Progressing toward MRICS or keen to achieve chartership with full support

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Salary between £40,000 £45,000
