About the Role

Reed Brighton is seeking a motivated Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team based in Crawley and covering the Brighton market. You will manage and grow a desk specialising in temporary business support roles, partnering with both new and existing clients across the region.

You'll be joining a high-performing office, giving you the opportunity to learn from top billers and collaborate closely with a successful accountancy recruiter to share client leads. The desk currently bills around £1,000 per month, with a substantial network of lapsed clients across the Brighton area-offering excellent potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and networking events
  • Understand client staffing needs and deliver tailored temporary recruitment solutions
  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities

Talent Attraction

  • Source and engage high-calibre candidates for temporary assignments
  • Write compelling job adverts, conduct headhunting activity and utilise social media channels
  • Manage and maintain a strong candidate database for fast and effective matching
