Registered Fostering Manager
Location: West Sussex
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + 3,000 car allowance
NonStop Consulting is supporting a leading Independent Fostering Agency, in the Southeast, in their search for a permanent Registered Fostering Manager. The role is home-based, with monthly travel for team meetings and trainings, providing great flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
You will oversee the Southeast region and be registered with Ofsted, ensuring the highest standards of care are met
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the service including oversight of Team Managers, Social Workers, Support Workers, and admin staff.
You will oversee foster care recruitment and retention for the region. There are around 75 carers and about 80 children in placements

- Registered with Social Work England
- Driver
- Fostering Experience
- Management experience
