Job Title: Registered Home Manager
Location: South Coastline, East Sussex (Outskirts of Hastings)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager for a large residential care home specializing in learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential care home.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership and management to staff, fostering a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
- Engage with residents and families to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.

Requirements:
- Must be CQC registered with substantial experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and experience working in a related setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
