We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier who are looking to welcome a Customer Account Executive to join their supportive team in Henfield. They're not necessarily looking for someone with extensive sales/account manager experience - instead, they're looking for the right person. Someone with common sense, a proactive mindset & willingness to learn.

The RoleAs a Sales & Customer Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting customers & driving sales, acting as a trusted point of contact for your accounts.
- Managing the enquiries inbox & ensuring quotes & orders are handled promptly
- Acting as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
- Building & maintaining long term customer relationships
- Making outbound calls to proactively engage customers & identify new business opportunities
- Re engaging non spending customers & maximising branch engagement
- Supporting with pricing queries & upselling opportunities
We're looking for someone who is organised, confident & enjoys working with people
- Previous sales administration, customer service experience
- Confident speaking on the phone, including outbound calls
- A proactive, practical approach with good judgement
- Strong communication skills & a positive attitude
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- 20 days holiday + BH & Christmas Shutdown
- Salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of up to £35,000pa DOE
