Business Development Executive Location: Lancing & Hastings, East Sussex (Office & Field-Based)Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)Salary: £28,000 + Commission Hunters' client is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their growing commercial team. This is a varied role combining office, field, and client-facing activity, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, winning new business, and making a real impact.Business Development Executive - The Role
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and inbound enquiries
  • Book and attend client meetings, presenting tailored recycling and waste solutions
  • Work closely with the Commercial and BID teams to maximise opportunities
  • Prepare quotations and advise clients on additional services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity
Business Development Executive - The Fit
  • Confident, engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a sales career
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Strong listening skills with a consultative approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
