- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and inbound enquiries
- Book and attend client meetings, presenting tailored recycling and waste solutions
- Work closely with the Commercial and BID teams to maximise opportunities
- Prepare quotations and advise clients on additional services
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity
- Confident, engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a sales career
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Strong listening skills with a consultative approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Basic salary of £28,000 + commission
