Our client, a growing medical supplier seeking a Sales Support & Project Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month FTC in Crawley.This is a pivotal role within their business, ensuring that once a sale is agreed, the entire implementation process runs smoothly from start to finish.The Role:As Sales & Implementation Coordinator, you will take ownership of the post-sale journey, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the full rollout of product deliveries to customer sites
- Arranging technician visits to ensure correct storage, setup, and safe use of products
- Organising and scheduling regular service review meetings with clients
- Leading internal handover meetings post-sale to clarify responsibilities, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Ensuring all actions, communications, and milestones are accurately logged on the internal system
- Monitoring progress to ensure agreed service levels and implementation timelines are achieved
- Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Technical teams, and external customers
- Salary £28,000 - £32,000pa
- Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
- 25 days holiday + BH
- Has strong coordination or project administration experience
- Is confident liaising with internal departments
- Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Is detail-oriented and comfortable managing documentation and system updates
- Communicates clearly and professionally
