PSR Solutions is seeking a qualified and reliable Scaffolder to support an ongoing project in Burgess Hill on behalf of our client. This role offers consistent work through an agency contract with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently according to project requirements
• Inspect scaffolding equipment and report any defects or hazards
• Collaborate closely with site supervisors, other tradespeople, and team members to meet deadlines
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with health and safety regulations, including site-specific guidelines
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and organise work site
• Follow company and site-specific procedures for safe working practices at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CISRS card (Part 1, Part 2, Advanced, or equivalent qualification)
• Proven scaffolding experience on commercial or construction sites
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Own personal protective equipment (PPE) and basic scaffolding tools
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude
• Physically fit to handle manual labour and repetitive tasks safely
