Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time Flexible Days
Daily Rate: £89.05 £110
Hours: School hours (typically 08 30)

We re seeking compassionate, reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. You ll provide one-to-one support, assist small groups, and help create a calm, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Your Responsibilities- Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
- Help children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the day
- Assist teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
- Create a safe, positive space where every child feels valued
- Adapt to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Confidence to work across different school settings
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
