The ProjectThis is a major seafront regeneration scheme involving the demolition, replacement and refurbishment of historic arches.
The works will be delivered over two concurrent phases and will include:
- Demolition
- New in-situ reinforced concrete frame
- Reinstatement of listed features
- Highway works
- Service Diversions
- Public realm improvements
- Architectural, mechanical and electrical elements to support both external and internal fit-out works
You will lead the project from the final stages of preconstruction through to commencement on site in Q1 2026, followed by delivery through to phased handovers in 2027 and 2028.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall leadership and management of the project team
- Client and stakeholder engagement
- Oversight of design development and coordination
- Establishment of construction methodology and programme
- Ensuring smooth, timely and efficient site operations
- Full contractual and financial control of the project
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a major / regional contracting organisation
- Track record of delivering large-scale projects valued at £20m+
- Strong client, design team and project team management skills
- Excellent technical, contractual and commercial understanding
- Demonstrable focus, drive and leadership capability
- Experience delivering public sector schemes under NEC contracts (highly advantageous)

Salary range
- £70,000 - £90,000
