The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead cost planning and commercial management on a range of exciting projects across London and the South East.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full pre- and post-contract cost management services across complex schemes
  • Prepare detailed cost plans, manage procurement processes, and advise on tender strategies
  • Oversee contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
  • Guide junior Quantity Surveyors and support APC candidates
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Support the commercial lead in managing budgets, reporting, and financial forecasting

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts (Essential)
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and mentoring junior staff
  • Professional, confident, and client-focused
  • Experience across sectors such as aviation, infrastructure or big utilities
