Site Agent East Sussex Civil Engineering An established civil engineering and highways contractor is recruiting a Site Agent to manage a local authority project valued at circa 2m on behalf of the local authority. The business offers a pipeline of work in the South East and the opportunity to progress within the business. This role requires a site agent to manage costs, quality and programme whilst maintaining a positive relationship with the client. The contractor has a large directly employed workforce, therefore experience of self-delivery projects is favourable. Duties will include: <ul> <li>Writing risk assessments and method statements</li> <li>Working with the commercial team to manage change and EWN</li> <li>Overall responsibility of health and safety</li> <li>Managing design and quality of the project</li> <li>Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme</li> </ul> Suitale candidate are required to hold current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid as a minimum expectation.
