Site Manager Site Manager wanted for this leading developer who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the South East. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development they have in Brighton which when finished will consist of over 50 apartments. Working alongside a Project Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Support the Project Manager in daily operations and coordination.</li> <li>Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety regulations and company procedures.</li> <li>Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.</li> <li>Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Previous experience as a Site Manager (or similar role).</li> <li>Strong understanding of brickwork and internals</li> <li>RC Frame experience preferred but not essential</li> <li>SMSTS or SSSTS certification.</li> <li>Excellent organisational and communication skills.</li> </ul>
