Site Manager - Care Homes

A Site Manager is required to oversee a new build Care Home project, which is a JCT 10M new build, in the Felpham area. Coming from a construction background, you will be responsible for ensuring an on budget and timely completion, overseeing direct labour and sub contractors, reporting to an experienced Contracts Manager.
