Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1 UPS3) or £130 £150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08 30)

We re looking for enthusiastic, qualified teachers to join our supply team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Every day is different new classrooms, new faces, and fresh challenges ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and want to keep their skills sharp.
Your Role- Deliver engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings
- Create positive, inclusive learning environments
- Adapt quickly to different schools, subjects, and age groups
- Support student progress and behaviour
- Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in primary, secondary, or both flexibility is key
- Strong classroom management skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
