
Technical Sales Engineer
An established engineering company is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Engineer to join their team at their facility in Storrington, West Sussex.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, plus car or allowance, private healthcare, performance-related incentives, and a review after 6 months
The Role:
A dynamic position combining technical expertise with customer engagement. You ll support existing clients, develop new business opportunities, and promote a range of high-performance industrial equipment used across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
-  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers 
-  Identify and develop new business opportunities 
-  Follow up on enquiries and generate new leads 
-  Increase market presence and raise the company s profile 
-  Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations 
-  Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events 
Candidate Profile:
-  Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline 
-  Minimum 2 years experience with mechanical or technical products 
-  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
-  Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially focused 
-  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
-  Confident engaging with customers and comfortable in a field-based role
