Telephone Educational / Sales Consultant

A great opportunity to join our growing team has arisen for a Self-Starter Telephone Sales Consultant, or for a parent returning to work.

We are a leader and award-winning Tutoring company combining online Maths and English learning with live tutor support.

The concept has been tutoring children in Math and English for over 30 years, and we take great pride in our online tutoring and have a 4.6 rating on Trustpilot.

Reporting to the company CEO, we are seeking a strong self-starter and communicator to join our team and follow up on warm leads from parents seeking educational support for their children.

You will call parents and explain how Tutorwiz works, understand the student's needs and organise a 2nd ZOOM demonstration. You will advise parents on various package options, share tips and tricks with your colleagues and bring new ideas to improve sales, product and internal processes.

You will work normal hours, but as this is a sales role, you must do what is required to meet and exceed your target. Successful applicants should comfortably earn an OTE of £27,000 - £32,000+ if monthly targets are met, with an unlimited bonus and accelerators for hitting KPIs.

To be successful, applicants require:

 Demonstrate B2C sales experience.

 A strong work ethic. And a hunger to succeed.

 A smart appearance (2nd calls are done via ZOOM).

 A good set of academic qualifications in the core subjects, humour, and common sense. But experience counts.

 Strong communication skills.

 PC literate.

 Great listening skills with an ability to think on the spot.

 To be highly driven with the ability to work autonomously.

 Excellent English (required) and ability to work in the UK.

 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

 Persistent and results-oriented
