The Role
Reed Education is seeking a warm, nurturing and highly experienced Early Years Room Lead with strong Toddler Room experience to oversee the Toddler Room at a supportive and community-focused Early Years Setting in Cyprus. This full-time position starts as soon as possible and runs until the end of the academic year.
You will lead high-quality practice within the Toddler Room, supporting and mentoring staff while planning developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences tailored to children aged approximately 2 to 3 years. A key part of the role is creating a safe, stimulating and engaging environment that promotes language development, independence, social skills, curiosity and confidence through child-led and adult-guided learning opportunities.

Requirements
- Level 3 Qualified - Essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong Early Years experience specifically within a Toddler Room, ideally in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, with a particular focus on supporting children aged 2 to 3 years
- Ability to lead engaging, child-centred practice that promotes communication, independence, social development and school readiness
- Experience supporting staff development and maintaining high standards of care and learning
