Job Title: Gateperson / Traffic Marshal
Location: Lewes, East Sussex
Rate: £16.50 £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Duration: 18 Months
Start: Immediate

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Gateperson / Traffic Marshal to join a long-term construction project in Lewes, East Sussex. This is a key role in maintaining the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and deliveries in and out of a busy site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site traffic and deliveries

• Coordinate vehicle movements to ensure safe and efficient access and egress

• Maintain security and log all vehicles entering/exiting the site

• Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff, and management

• Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Gateperson / Traffic Marshal role

• Valid CSCS card

• Traffic Banksman qualification

• Two recent references from similar roles

• Strong awareness of site safety
