About the Role

Our client is seeking a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to join their close-knit team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is more than just a job it s a long-term opportunity to grow into a fully-fledged Site Manager through hands-on experience and mentorship.

You ll be involved in bespoke residential construction projects, working on everything from sustainable homes and timber frame builds to traditional construction methods. With a small team structure, you ll gain exposure to all aspects of the build process from breaking ground to handing over the keys.
