Position: Transport Manager
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: Up to 45,000 (DOE)

We're are looking for a candidate who is a hands-on Transport Manager to oversee and develop our clients day-to-day transport operations.

The Role
- Oversee the daily transport operation, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Manage driver performance, compliance, and routing
- Ensure all transport activities meet legal and safety standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs
- Fleet compliance
- Act as the key point of contact for transport-related issues
- Work closely with senior management to support business growth
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Transport Manager or senior planning role
- Valid Transport Manager CPC (essential)
- Strong knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the operation
- Waste industry experience is ideal, but not essential
- Backgrounds in general haulage, logistics, or similar will be considered
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
