On-site car parking (subject to availability) Purchased leave options The Service Cabrini Brighton Day Oncology is a 20-chair unit delivering a range of services, including treatments for Oncology/Haematology patients, as well as those with chronic disease, iron deficiency anaemia, and autoimmune conditions. As a Ward Clerk , you'll be the face of our ward, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the unit while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and exceptional service . About the role We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Ward Clerk to join our supportive team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is 30 hours per week, worked over 5 days (Monday to Friday), with consistent 6-hour shifts from 9:30am to 4:00pm .As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. The successful candidate will provide reception and clerical support to the unit and be ready to start as soon as possible. Key responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting visitors, patients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Providing efficient reception services and maintaining a welcoming environment Handling telephone calls and enquiries promptly and appropriately Responding to patient requests or referring them to the appropriate team member Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information About You You are a motivated and reliable individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
