The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and highly organised Content and Social Manager to lead and execute updates to our website and manage our website and social media strategy across multiple platforms.

In this interesting multi-faceted role, you’ll drive our digital goals compelling storytelling, engaging content, and innovative campaigns. You’ll oversee the full content lifecycle - from planning and creation to publishing and performance analysis - while collaborating with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Website Updates (Wordpress Elementor)

Content Creation & Coordination

Align content with campaigns, seasonal events, and business priorities

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic assets

Maintain and organise a central content library

Schedule and publish daily content across social platforms

Write engaging, on-brand captions and messaging

Optimise posts with hashtags, tagging, and platform-specific best practices

Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly

Plus general office administration as required

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing social media accounts and working with wordpress elementor pro

Highly organised

Strong content planning and storytelling skills

Experience with short-form video (Reels/TikTok)

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in website performance, followers, reach and engagement across platforms

Performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions)

Quality and insightfulness of performance reporting
