The Requirements:

• Proven experience in wedding, events, hospitality or venue management.
• Strong sales, planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and venue presentation.
• Ability to lead events calmly and professionally under pressure.
• Genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.

The Role:

• Generate and convert wedding and event enquiries to maximise venue occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct venue tours and consultations, preparing bespoke proposals and securing bookings.
• Manage all aspects of weddings and events from booking through to completion.
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, suppliers, accommodation and guest requirements.
• Act as the lead on event days, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, suppliers and industry partners.
• Monitor sales performance, event delivery and guest feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
