key responsibilities:
- overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop
- managing workflow and allocating jobs to technicians
- ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- monitoring productivity and meeting KPIs
- liaising with estimators, parts and management teams
- ensuring quality control checks are completedsupporting and motivating the workshop team
requirements:
- previous experience as a workshop controller or senior bodyshop role
- strong knowledge of accident repair processes
- excellent organisation and communication skills
- ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- full uk driving licence
