You would be working with a small team who have responsibility for providing subject matter expertise to both the worldwide HR colleagues and senior management community. We manage annual reward activities such as pay review, deliver projects and provide day to day advice to colleagues on our global reward tools. As a reward analyst you would have responsibility for key administrative tasks across our range of responsibilities and work with our reward managers to deliver our annual activities and ad-hoc projects. Reward Analyst (6 Month Maternity Cover): Rentokil

The Team The M&amp;I PMO is a centralised team set up to support the successful delivery of the strategic goals and objectives for the Group Function, Marketing and Innovation (M&amp;I), by setting project management standards, guidelines and governance structures and therefore providing project assurance to support on time and to budget delivery. The M&amp;I PMO function also supports, guides and trains the M&amp;I team with regards to all areas of governance and project delivery. The Role The M&amp;I PMO Manager leads the M&amp;I PMO function, with a team of three direct reports, and is accountable for ensuring there is a relevant project management framework (PMF) in place to support project delivery, that overall progress and health of projects and portfolios can be tracked and monitored, and the PMO provides the business with appropriate processes, documentation, project management tooling, MI reporting and training. The M&amp;I PMO Manager is specifically responsible for leading on all continuous improvement initiatives for the M&amp;I PMO and will act as an independent advisor to the M&amp;I Leadership teams. They will also work closely with Group Finance and the IT PMO. Key Responsibilities ?
