With offices in Crawley, London and Southampton, the business has seen significant growth over the last 12 months and is looking to expand its Finance team.Job purposeResponsible for the end-to-end accounts administration of billing, from managing the initial invoice through to debt collection, email enquiries and dispute resolution. Help at school and community events as and when required by the CSW Officer. Skills &amp; Experience <ul><li>Ability to learn key road safety information and deliver lesson plans with minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience operating with Community Speedwatch groups ideally with experience as a group co ordinator.</li><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt communication based on the needs of the individual.</li><li>You will need to be proficient in IT systems, although additional training on back end systems will be provided.</li><li>You'll need to be able to think on your feet, and log information quickly and accurately.</li><li>You'll need to be calm under pressure and have the confidence to work independently and support local volunteer teams across Sussex.</li><li>Excellent people skills with experience of dealing with enquiries and complaints.</li><li>Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle and willingness to travel across Sussex will be essential.
