What is the role?The Engineering Safety &amp; Compliance Advisor will provide hands-on support and expert guidance to ensure daily Engineering operations adhere to HSE policies, legal requirements and Engineering Safety Standards. The role will work closely with business units to identify hazards, opportunities, provide coaching and reinforce open communication around health and safety. Through regular inspections and collaborative problem-solving to help embed a positive safety culture and empower employees to take personal responsibility for their and others health and safety.The Engineering Safety &amp; Compliance advisor will also be involved in delivery of Safety related training to front line Technicians to ensure they remain in date and competent.
