I am currently recruiting for Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Crawley. This role will be working on the Voids team. A basic DBS Check and an Asbestos Awareness course will need to be carried out if successful.Multi Trade Duties:<ul><li>Carry out carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, carpentry, tiling, basic plastering and decorating works and repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.</li></ul>The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:<ul><li>Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames</li><li>Carry out works allocated by appointments</li><li>Have a valid UK Driving Licence</li></ul>Pay Rate:Temp - 21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella)Hours:<ul><li>42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am-17:00pm with a half hour break.</li></ul>You will be supplied with:<ul><li>A van</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>PDA System</li></ul>
