This contract will Monday to Friday and there may be an option to work overtime. Daily responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Repairing snags and defects Fixing minor issues such as scratches, dents, loose fittings, or misaligned doors after construction.</li> <li>Performing paint and finishing touch-ups Ensuring walls, trims, and surfaces are flawless before handover.</li> <li>Installing and adjusting fixtures Fitting hardware, shelves, doorstops, handles, and ensuring all fixtures work properly.</li> <li>Preparing the property for final handover Completing last-minute repairs, ensuring cleanliness, and confirming the home is ready for the new owner.</li> </ul> Requirements for the role <ul> <li>Experience on new build sites</li> <li>Own Tools &amp; transport</li> <li>Valid CSCS Card</li> <li>You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. The Role: You will work from the company s West Sussex office, managing the commercial aspects of ongoing residential schemes, typically ranging from £1m to £5m in value. This will include subcontract procurement, valuations, monthly reporting, and final accounts. You ll work closely with the Commercial Director and have regular input from site-based teams.
