You will have Senior management responsibility for the operations department of the company, driving profitability and productivity through careful cost management and implementation of more efficient processes. You will have full oversight of warehousing (goods in/out) &amp; logistics, IT &amp; systems, health and safety, supply chain, customer service, fleet and facilities management. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Hold one-to-one meetings and performance reviews with each member of the operations team, to review &amp; manage performance, and training/development needs.</li><li>Attend and participate in management meeting with the senior management team.</li><li>Handle and resolve any issues/grievances/conflicts/problems with operations staff.</li><li>Assist with recruitment of operations personnel that want to be part of a culture driven organisation by conducting interviews and following a selection process for candidates.</li><li>Review and change operational procedures in the warehouse to improve, safety, efficiency, accuracy and productivity and ensuring efficient space utilisation.</li><li>Full site H&amp;S control, maintaining high standards of health and safety, traffic management, hygiene and security.
