Experience you will need to thrive in this role Our ideal candidate will have significant experience working in a safeguarding role handling complex concerns, triage and referrals, and coordinating multi-agency responses. You will be collaborative yet confident in leading and, when necessary, challenging others. In addition, you will possess thorough, current knowledge of child and adult safeguarding frameworks, as well as statutory guidance.
